Dan & Ellie

Today I ventured up the road  to Beverley Minster to capture Ellie & Dan’s wedding, I had goose bumps from their beautiful ceremony & it’s fair to say I ran my socks off, the Minster really is quite huge. We travelled over to Bishop Burton College, where Mr & Mrs Jackson celebrated with their beautiful friends & family, the atmosphere was great & smiles flowed endlessly! Congratulation guys once again, here are some highlights from your perfect day.

Our wedding day was perfect! Yes it rained, yes my dress got completely caked in some muddy gunk from the gardens and yes, whilst we were trying to get round all our guests, we managed to move in the opposite direction to the canapés and totally missed out on all the taste sensations!  But it was perfect because the morning was spent getting ready with my favourite girls, My mum cried when she saw me in my dress and veil, Dan and I had all our friends and family there, the speeches made my best friend laugh til she cried, my baby nephew learnt how to do the Royal wave, and We danced so much our feet still hurt 2 days later.  Carly captured it all, perfectly, so that we were speechless when we saw the photos, our mums cried and we now need to move to a bigger house as we’ve  ran out of room for all of the images that We want framed! Every time we look at our wedding pictures it takes us straight back to all the love and laughs and is as close as we can get to living it all again! Thank you Carly!

  • Jeanette dawson - Carly😍, we really love the photographs!
Our absolute favourite is impossible to identify, but we adore the ‘sun on the trees’ big picture with Ellie and Dan, the way you have used the magnificent architecture of the Minster for both big and small shots, and our lovely intimate preparation ones at HQ. The grounds at Bishop Burton look amazing, and there is the very very special ones of Ellie’s old pony, Miracle. xxx
